I used a giant knife both to peel and chop the squash, and a spoon to clean out the seeds.
Once chopped up, the fries just need to be baked. Here, it is impossible to stress enough how important it is that the fries are all equally thick. If any are thinner than others, you either end up with soggy thick fries, blackened thin fries, or both!
I recommend these dipped in BBQ sauce. Most delicious!
