Red Velvet Pancake Mix Review

We're going to take a small detour today, and review a red velvet pancake mix. We picked up one of these for my dad for Christmas and made one ourselves.

This mix is AMAZING -- it produces big, soft, fluffy, distinctly red-velvety pancakes. You definitely don't want to see the stats on it, though. This was very quick coming together (as mixes are wont to be). The boy tried it with just plain powdered sugar, and I made a cream cheese icing for my pancakes. The icing definitely completes the dessert-breakfast combination, and I strongly recommend -- even with all of the extra calories -- using cream cheese icing if you try this mix out for yourself.
