The recipe is simple:
Half a banana
1/4 cup or so pumpkin dip
Tortilla!
I think I added "too much" pumpkin dip. It got sloppy, but man, did that taste delicious. Assuming you use a low-calorie/high-fiber tortilla, this should come in at around 250 totally-worth-it calories.
